Do you wake up feeling like you just can’t move your neck? If you’re like me and suffer from severe neck pain, you know the feeling. Every morning, I wake up feeling like I’ve just been hit with a ton of bricks and can’t move my neck. But then the pain shoots down my back and my whole body ends up paying for it. But ever since using NeckRelax, I’ve slowly been recovering and feeling like my old self.

Before getting into the nitty gritty like all other NeckRelax reviews, I want to share with you my personal experience and how my neck pain even began. I’m sure my story is similar to others, so it’s important to know that you are not alone and there are ways to help with neck pain without spending a fortune.

I can’t express enough how much stress can affect your life and your body. Some people think that just because you can’t see stress, that maybe it just doesn’t exist. Well it does, and it manifests in many different ways. For me, I carried all my stress in my neck. Think about it. When you’re mad, your body tenses up, you bring your shoulders to your ears, and you even start breathing differently. This is because your body is reacting to stress in your life, causing muscle pain and fatigue.

When I realized what my it was really doing to my body, I tried many different things to cope with stress and anxiety. From prescription medications, to therapists and even essential oils. And although it did bring me to a more mindful state of mind, it did not cure my constant neck pain.

Past Injuries

When I was younger, I had been rear ended by a distracted driver that caused terrible whiplash at the time. Many years later and countless missed physiotherapy appointments have caused my neck to spasm and shoot pain from shoulder to shoulder. Any kind of neck injury should be dealt with immediately and not ignored. This only makes it worse and harder to fix in the long run.

Working out

If you’re an avid gym goer, you might be more experienced with the right technique and movements to avoid any injury. I only started working out recently, and it always seems to catch up with me the next day. Improper technique and failure to stretch before and after a workout could make a strained neck feel much worse than it actually is.

Why NeckRelax?

With all the different factors causing pain and strain to my neck, I was always looking for a natural remedy to help with the pain. I did a bit of research on NeckRelax, and the claims seem to cover everything I need in a good self neck massager:

  • EPM (electronic pulse massage)
  • Instant relief
  • Effective treatment for stress and anxiety
  • Hands free
  • Portable
  • Works fast (about 10 minutes a day)
  • Infrared thermal technology
  • Magnetic therapy
  • Electrical muscle stimulation
  • Full body treatment
  • Total relaxation and stimulation
  • Easy set up

Other NeckRelax reviews think that maybe this is just a NeckRelax scam. There are so many products out there that claim to do the same thing, even saying they are the best neck massager, but they aren’t even close to NeckRelax.

Why is NeckRelax the better massager?

Unlike other massagers, NeckRelax has special pads that work as electronic pulses throughout your body. Even though the NeckRelax massager is placed around your neck, you can move the pads anywhere you feel pain and the area will be stimulated. This feature alone is enough to have people rushing to buy one. You get the full body stimulation, with a one time purchase.

Other massagers also require you to do a lot of work. Some come on a long stick or a ball that you need to move around yourself, but this device is the best massage for neckpain and needs minimal effort.

I find that the best time to use the NeckRelax is after a workout, or even a long day at work. When my muscles have been strained all day, I usually find a comfortable place to sit and use the NeckRelax for about 10 minutes. According to other NeckRelax reviews (and their official website), 10 minutes is all you need.

NeckRelax Pros

This device is one of the best neck massagers I have used. I really like that its hands free and convenient. I even kept track of my progress when I started using the massager, and I find that my neck doesn’t hurt as much when I wake up, and it’s easier for me to move around. I even take it with me to work so I can get a few minutes in the middle of the day when I’ve been sitting at my desk for too long. Staying in a stagnant position really strains your muscles and causes intense pain.

NeckRelax Cons

NeckRelax is only available online. I usually like to test things out before I buy them, so I was a bit skeptical at first when I saw that I wasn’t able to try it out. But after reading countless raving NeckRelax reviews, I decided to buy one. Even if I wasn’t completely satisfied with my purchase, they had a great return policy. So in the end, there was no risk to me at all.

Final Verdict

I highly recommend getting this device for yourself or even someone you know who suffers from neck pain. It’s a great natural alternative and doesn’t cost as much as a visit to the therapist. And unlike your doctor, you don’t need to visit multiple times to see results, all you need to make is one single purchase.

If you decide to get one, they are currently having a massive deal. One NeckRelax for $78.99 or even 3 for $196.99. Again, if you get one and aren’t completely satisfied, just return it, no hassles.

My MindInsole was launched out of a passion for finding true, lasting pain relief. Did you know that 75% of the world’s population has foot pain of some kind? That’s a lot of people, and the footwear industry has done little to correct the issue.
